Opening Dates
Our caravans are available:
1st March to 10th January

18th March to 30th October
Short breaks
Available early/late season. Minimum charge 3 nights.
Please
read our Terms and conditions:
- £50 deposit refundable after holiday in case of breakages
- 25% Deposit for holiday to be sent at time of booking and total outstanding
balance to be paid 4 weeks before the date of start of the holiday. For
short breaks and bookings less than 4 weeks in advance the full payment
will be required to secure a booking.
- If you have paid your 25% booking deposit and want to cancel before
you pay the final payment (anytime prior to 4 weeks before holiday start
date) then your deposit will be returned with a deduction of £40 cancellation
fee for each week of your holiday booking. If you cancel within the 28
days prior to holiday and have paid in full it is 50% returnable. If you
cancel 14 days before holiday commences then full payment will be retained
if the owner is unable to relet the caravan.
- Check in time will be after 3.00 pm
- Check out time will be before 10.30am
- Short breaks will be a minimum of 3 nights and charged pro rata (plus
£20 for cleaning)
- Prices include all equipment, duvets and pillows, table cloths and tea
towels are not included, bed linen can be hired at Reception. You will
need to bring your own beach and bath towels
- Dogs - with agreement from management, dogs will be allowed at an extra
charge of £10 per week (max of 2 small dogs)
- Passes for the use of the park amusements and entertainment are not
included in the price of the holiday, these are obtainable from the Reception
in the Main complex
- No same sex group bookings will be accepted
- Repeat bookings for next year will be charged at this years prices if
booked before the end of this year.
